The primary goal of our award winning Successful Work Relationships Training (we have received the highest trainer evaluations from ExxonMobil every year for 34 years) is to have greater positive influence, which improves performance and increases the bottom line. Participants use workbooks filled with practical tools and techniqiues for making a positive difference in the inevitable disagreements with co-workers and customers we all face every day. Sample handouts used in our trainings are available for free below. Small group discussions provide needed interactions to reach specific objectives related to reducing misunderstandings, improving negotiation abilities, and hearing more than is being said in order to reach agreement quicker and more often.

Commitment to Action: At the end of each module, participants review all techniques, recommendations, and
personal discoveries from the class, and individually choose one thing they will practice to build a new habit for
creating successful work relationships.
Course will be approximately 30% presentation, with activities, exercises, group and dyad discussions.
