Manager, interpreter, and entrepreneur, Breda Vukelj has worked in the field of teaching and human resources since 1974. Before working for 10 years as a high school teacher, she received her degree in languages from the University of Ljubljana, and trained at the International Language School in London. Since 1990 Breda has owned and operated the International School of Languages in Bled, Slovenia with a staff of eight teachers, providing private and group lessons for schools, companies, and individuals.

Since 1992, Mrs. Vukelj has also worked with Stephen Haslam to represent Resource International, providing training programs to corporations, government agencies, and private individuals. Resource International's topics include leadership and management, successfully managing the stress of change, communication skills and conflict resolution. Combining warmth, sincerity, and a personal touch with years of experience, Breda teaches by example that individual care and commitment to quality will produce positive, practical results. Breda's goal in working with organizations is to reduce any resistance to improving performance which would enhance the bottom line of the company.
