Confidential Coaching
for MTF Donor Services Employees
with Dr. Robert Pennington, psychologist
and co-founder of Resource International

Robert Pennington, Ph.D. has been retained by MTF to serve as a personal coach for all Donor Services' employees. Dr. Pennington is available to talk one-on-one with anyone who chooses to take advantage of this unique opportunity. These confidential phone sessions are designed to help you apply the tools and techniques presented during his recent seminar on "Managing Change and Conflict." Additional links to RI web based trainings and audio recordings are also being made available here.

Call Rob at 713-305-5117 when you want to set up your phone consultation. The only restriction of this service is that after 5 sessions you will need to check with your supervisor for approval to continue. Remember, this service is confidential.

Taking new steps in either personal or professional growth requires time and support. Remember when Rob said, "You can't control your initial reaction to anything! You will respond in the same old habitual ways. But you can learn to move through these reactions more quickly to something that would serve you, your co-workers, your customers, and your family much better." So, we all need help and support to move through that Barrier of Uncomfortableness to produce new behavior and better results. MTF wants you to have direct access to the best resources to assist you in achieving this goal, both at work and at home.

Additional resources are being made available by Resource International to MTF-Donor Services to support your work with Rob. Your confidential coaching sessions with him will be greatly enhanced if you would also take the time to review the following materials.

You can listen online to an entertaining audio recording "The Martial Art of Communication" by RI's Managing Partner, Stephen Haslam, that reviews RI's communication materials.

A review of RI's basic stress materials is contained in an online audio recording (30 minutes) of a live presentation with Robert Pennington, Ph.D.,
"Successfully Managing the Stress of Change."
