Psychologist and Partner with Resource International
Resource International cofounder, Dr. Robert Pennington, is an organizational psychologist specializing in reducing the resistance to change and conflict in both individuals and organizations. Trained through NTL in organizational development in the early 70's and a former faculty member of three major universities: the University of Houston, la Universidad de Guadalajara (Mexico), and Sam Houston State University, Dr. Pennington travels extensively consulting with corporations and government agencies undergoing massive change. Dr. Pennington received both his undergraduate degree in computer science and psychology and his Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Managing Partner with Resource International
Mr. Stephen Haslam is cofounder and Managing Partner of Resource International. He is the author of the book, Restaging Your Life in Three Acts, and the soon to be published, Martial Art of Business Communication, Mr. Haslam has shared his insights throughout the United States and in 20 foreign countries. For the last seven years he has focused his international work in Slovenia, assisting Slovenian businesses and government ministries encompassing education, justice and prisons, social agencies, and local community governments manage the stress of dramatic change while reducing the inevitable tensions and conflicts which such change produces. Mr. Haslam earned his BBA from the University of New York and is an ardent student of philosophy, especially Oriental, the Arthurian legends, and personal growth technologies. An instructor of T'ai Chi Chuan, a martial art technique from which he draws powerful demonstrations and analogies, Mr. Haslam is able to assist organizations in reducing resistance to change while moving more effectively towards their goals. |
